Terms of Service

Welcome to Optiamaze! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, client portal, and any other tools provided by Optiamaze LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Optiamaze LLC (“Optiamaze”, “we”, “our,” or “us”) provides subscription-based ad tech and performance marketing services designed to help businesses optimize tracking, automate operations, and scale growth through data and technology. Our services include Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, server-side tracking and tagging, conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), paid search campaign support, and troubleshooting for tracking and analytics issues. We also offer custom reporting dashboards via Looker Studio, website performance improvements and maintenance, automated marketing workflows (such as email automation), and AI-powered optimization for digital campaigns, SEO performance, and UI enhancements.

Optiamaze operates on a task-based subscription model, with services delivered through monthly or annual plans. Each plan includes a specific number of tasks per billing cycle, depending on the selected tier. All task requests, communication, and project tracking are managed through a secure Airtable client portal. Payments are processed via Stripe.

2. Account & Access

You do not need to create a login account. Once payment is confirmed via Stripe, we set up a secure client portal using Airtable, where you can view, submit, and track your project requests and progress.

3. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Your subscription will auto-renew based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • A 7-day free trial is available once per user on the Essentials monthly plan only.
  • After the trial or first payment, no refunds are provided unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time by emailing us at hello@optiamaze.com.
  • A 14-day full refund is available on the first month of any monthly subscription.
  • After the first 14 days, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. We’ll refund you for the unused portion of your plan, calculated based on how many months are left.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Access to your client portal may be revoked after cancellation depending on your plan and usage history.

5. Client Deliverables

Optiamaze operates on a task-based service model, not hourly billing.

  • Each task is defined as a discrete unit of work reasonably scoped to one hour or less.
  • Examples include: setting up tracking tags, optimizing a campaign, or designing a social ad.
  • Complex needs may be split across multiple tasks.
  • Deliverables are based on your subscription level and are tracked in your Airtable portal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including (but not limited to):

  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
  • Uploading harmful code, malware, or fraudulent content
  • Violating applicable laws or third-party rights

7. Third-Party Tools

We use trusted third-party platforms to deliver and manage our services, including:

  • Stripe – Payment processing
  • WordPress and associated plugins – Website hosting platform, CMS, and functionality enhancements
  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads – Analytics and marketing
  • Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit – Ad tracking and campaign delivery
  • Airtable – Client portal and project tracking
  • Forminator – Onboarding and form handling
  • Landbot.io – Chatbot interface
  • Mailchimp – Email automation
  • HubSpot – Email automation
  • Microsoft Clarity – Behavior analytics
  • Slack – Internal communication
  • Hostinger – Website hosting
  • Complianz – Cookie consent management

By using our services, you agree to the use of these tools under their respective terms.

8. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and process personal information.

9. Platform Access Disclaimer

As part of providing our services, you may grant Optiamaze temporary or ongoing access to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, your website CMS, analytics platforms, or email marketing tools.

By granting access, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining appropriate account permissions and security.
  • Optiamaze will act solely on your behalf and follow your instructions to the best of our ability.
  • We are not liable for any platform-side issues including misconfigurations, data loss, service disruptions, billing errors, or performance changes resulting from access granted to us or changes made at your request.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups and system restoration options as needed.
  • You may revoke access at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Optiamaze retains ownership of its tools, templates, and workflows. Deliverables created specifically for you (e.g., ad designs, tracking setups) become your property upon delivery and payment.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall lie exclusively in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County.

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, pricing, or subscription plans. Significant changes will be communicated via our website or email.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in abuse or fraud.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Optiamaze LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of our services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, data privacy rights, or contractual rights;
  • Any content or data submitted through your account or client portal.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your relationship with Optiamaze LLC and your use of our services.

16. Use of Work for Portfolio and Marketing

We reserve the right to display or reference non-confidential elements of completed work—such as campaign summaries, anonymized visuals, and performance outcomes—as part of Optiamaze LLC’s public portfolio, website case studies, or marketing materials. We do not publish client-identifiable information, sensitive data, or proprietary business details without prior written consent.
